Demolition Starts of  Illegal Buildings in Roma Neighbourhood

Varna, on the Black Sea, August 20 (BTA) - Demolition started
Thursday of illegal buildings in the Maksouda Roma neighbourhood
 here. Roma mediators and police officers are present at the
demolition. The municipal administration has issued 58 orders
for demolition. All interested parties have been notified, and
no one has appealed against the orders.

According to place-of-residence data, about 520 people have
current addresses in Maksouda, and 490 people, permanent
addresses.

Parents of children have been informed of the possibility for
accommodation at the local centres for temporary placement.
