Bulgarian President Reiterates Support for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Sofia, October 9 (BTA) - Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev
had a working meeting with Mladen Ivanic, who chaired the
Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina between November 2014 and
July 2015, Plevneliev's Press Secretariat reported on Friday.
Ivanic was in Sofia for an Eastern European summit on migration.

Plevneliev reaffirmed Bulgaria's support for the European and
Euro-Atlantic integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina and all
other Western Balkan countries, provided that they meet the
established criteria.

Plevneliev and Ivanic expressed their shared view that their
countries have excellent relations and maintain vigorous
highest-level political dialogue on EU affairs and European and
regional security.

Ivanic updated Plevneliev on the political, economic and social
reforms in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The two expressed their concern about the deepening refugee
crisis. They concurred that the problem can only be overcome
