Thirty-five Migrants Detained in Bourgas Region in Two Days

Bourgas, on the Black Sea, October 12 (BTA) - The police has detained two vehicles in the region of Bourgas, in the course of two days, which were carrying 35 illegal migrants without papers, the local law enforcement authorities reported.

Eleven of the migrants were discovered in a vehicle driven by a 21 years-old male near the village of Yasna Polyana in Primorsko Municipality. The foreigners seem to be in their twenties.

A total of 24 illegal immigrants without papers were found in a van near the village of Kameno, driven by a 30 years-old resident of Harmanli (Southeast Bulgaria). Both drivers were placed under arrest for 24 hours.
