Sofia, February 4 (BTA) - Foreign Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva will confer with her Maltese counterpart, Carmelo Abela, on Monday, her ministry said Sunday.

Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade Promotion Abela is on the official delegation of Maltese President Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, of whose visit to Bulgaria on February 5 and 6 the BTA reported on Friday.

The two foreign ministers will talk about the priorities of the Bulgarian EU Council Presidency and the European perspective of the Western Balkans. They will also discuss Brexit, the future of the EU, the common migration policy, and other topics on the European and international agenda.
