Sofia, December 28 (BTA) - A three-day strike of cabin crew at Lufthansa subsidiary Germanwings will affect flights out of Sofia airport, the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry said. An effective strike will begin at midnight on December 30.

Germanwings operates flights for Eurowings from Sofia to Dusseldorf and Stuttgart.

According to information of the Bulgarian embassy in Berlin, Lufthansa employees may join the strike action.

The Bulgarian Foreign Ministry advises all travellers to follow updated reports and take into consideration possible obstacles and delays. LN/PP
