November 21 (BTA) - Speaking to reporters after he cast his vote at the second round of the elections for president and vice president here on Sunday, incumbent President Rumen Radev, who is running for a second term in office, urged all voters for "full mobilization".

"Let's not give a chance of the past to torpedo our future. Let everyone find fifteen minutes today so that we do not waste five future years," Radev said. He urged everyone "to be organized" and to treat today's voting day with responsibility.

Radev declined political comments, saying that today is voting day and any political commentary is out of place. ZH//
