Bulgarians Juniors Win Two Medals at European Youth Rapid & Blitz Chess Championship in Novi Sad


Sofia, August 3 (BTA) - Young Bulgarian chess players proved exceptionally successful at the 15th European Youth Rapid & Blitz Chess Championship held in Novi Sad, Serbia, in August 1 and 2. Simeon Todev won a silver medal in the competition for boys up to 8 years of age and Victoria Radeva won a bronze medal in the competition for girls under 18 years. The Bulgarian players also won two sixth places.
