Sofia, April 26 (BTA) - President Rumen Radev will hand on Thursday the exploratory government-forming mandate to Boyko Borissov, who is the candidate for future prime minister from the largest parliamentary group in the 44th National Assembly - GERB, said the President's Press Secretariat on Wednesday.
