The municipal landscaping company in Pleven has planted over 16,000 tulip bulbs and 11,000 violet roots in the centre of the town, the local administration said on Tuesday.
The company's experts have chosen the tulips to be red, yellow, white, purple and soft pink in 2024. The landscaping company manager, Damyanka Vladimirova, said every year the municipal company works to give Pleven a welcoming and festive look with the flowers in the public spaces.
