The Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) Tuesday declined to hear an appeal by the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) against the Central Election Commission's (CEC) decision to register the coalition Movement for Rights and Freedoms - New Beginning led by Delyan Peevski for the October 27 parliamentary elections, the court said. The ruling is unappealable.

The case was initiated with an MRF appeal, filed by lawyer Georgi Atanasov, who was authorized by MRF's Dzhevdet Chakarov. The court deemed the appeal inadmissible and said that the challenge aimed to annul an act which is not subject to judicial review.

On Monday, SAC left without consideration two other appeals by MRF against CEC decisions.

The two MRF chairmen, Dzhevdet Chakarov and Delyan Peevski, headed factions which sought separate registrations for the snap elections after a rift between the party's founder and honorary chairman Ahmed Dogan and Peevski.
