A new Bulgarian school, Bulgarica, in Chicago will welcome its graduates for the first time in September 2024.

“Our school will open its doors to children, who want to practice and improve their mother tongue, culture and traditions,” the Bulgarica cultural centre said.

For the new 2024/2025 school year, the school is enrolling children for pre-school and third grade.

Classes will be held every Sunday from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm. The curriculum includes both compulsory classes and a variety of interesting extrаcurricular activities that will help children learn the Bulgarian language in a fun and effective way.

The teachers are qualified and will use curricula and teaching aids approved by the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science.
