The weather is suitable for hiking in most mountain areas, said the Mountain Rescue Service (MRS) of the Bulgarian Red Cross on Friday. The weather is sunny, except in the Vitosha Mountains, where there was cloudy this morning. Temperatures are around 10C, wind is light.

Rain showers are expected in the afternoon.

The MRS teams in Borovets helped a tourist with knee pain on Saturday. He was near the Granchar hut in Rila Mountains, and they helped him get down the mountain. 

Rescuers also helped another person in need, again in Rila. On Sunday evening, there was a lost tourist in the Malyovitsa area. He was guided by MRS to find the trail, had a headlamp, and was in good condition.
