site.btaSports Minister Meets with Swimmer Tsanko Tsankov

Minister of Youth and Sports Ivan Peshev congratulated Tsanko Tsankov on the excellent performance at the Gdynia Winter Swimming World Cup, the press centre of the Ministry of Youth and Sports reported Tuesday. In the waters of the Baltic Sea on February 9, the Bulgarian swimmer won three gold medals. 

"Congratulations on the excellent performance. These achievements are the fruit of hard work and hard training. I am sure that many more successes await you," Peshev told the athlete.

Tsankov, who was also selected as the best athlete at the World Cup, talked about the challenges on the way to the three medals and briefed the Minister on his future plans.
