Conditions for hiking in the mountains are fine on Thursday, the Bulgarian Red Cross Mountain Rescue Service told BTA.

Mountain facilities work according to the resorts' schedule for the season.

There were no registered incidents with tourists over the past 24 hours.

It is mostly sunny in the mountains, with minor cumulus clouds in the afternoon, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology said. Light to moderate soutwesterly winds. Highs at 1,200 metres are around 22C, at 2,000 metres around 14C.
