A Bulgarian-Japanese business forum, organized by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) will take place at Grand Hotel Sofia at 9.30 a.m. on Tuesday, the Embassy of Japan in Sofia told BTA.

The forum is an opportunity to deepen economic cooperation between Japan and Bulgaria. The Japanese delegation is expected to consist of about 100 representatives of various Japanese companies, the embassy also said.

Speakers at the event include JETRO President Susumi Kataoka, Japanese Ambassador to Bulgaria Hisashi Michigami, InvestBulgaria Agency Executive Director Mila Nenova, Bulgaria’s caretaker Deputy Economy Minister David Sukalinski, among others.
