site.btaBulgaria's, Vietnam's Academies Sign 2025-2027 Annex to Cooperation Agreement
At an official ceremony in Hanoi, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences President Julian Revalski and Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology President Chau Van Minh signed a new annex to the scientific cooperation agreement between their institutions in the 2025-2027 period. A delegation of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) is on a visit to Vietnam until April 12, the BAS press centre said on Wednesday.
Attending the ceremony were BAS Vice President Stefan Hadjitodorov, Bulgarian Ambassador to Vietnam Pavlin Todorov, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) Vice President Tran Tuan Anh, and heads of institutes at VAST.
On May 2, the two academies will launch a campaign for project proposals for the 2025-2027 period.
Within their visit to Vietnam, the BAS delegation visited the Institutes of: Information Technology; Mathematics; Physics; and Marine Environment and Resources. They also visited the Hanoi University of Science and Technology and the Center for High-tech Research and Development.
