Speaking at a gala evening in Sofia on Thursday, President Rumen Radev said that just BGN 300 were put to use under the Financial Support for Culture Act last year. The Horizons 2022 business event was organized by the Manager magazine under the head of State's patronage on the topic of culture and developed society.
