In a congratulatory message on the Council of Ministers' Facebook page, Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov Saturday greeted "all Muslims on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan - a time for spiritual purification, good deeds and unity." 

"This is a period of reflection, forgiveness and compassion, in which kindness and reaching out to fellow human beings is everyone's task. I wish everyone peace, health and prosperity," the message reads.
