The sides noted the successful cooperation between Bulgaria and Uruguay, both on the bilateral level and in the framework of international organizations and forums, including the EU’s partnership with the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States. They expressed their willingness to invigorate bilateral political dialogue and to promote cooperation in various fields of shared interest, with a focus on Antarctic research.
