The lowest temperatures in Bulgaria in November will range between -7C and -2C, and the highest will be 17C to 22C, weather forecaster Mariyana Popova of the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology told BTA on Tuesday.

This November, the mean monthly temperatures in Bulgaria will be the usual ones for this month – 5C to 8C in Northern Bulgaria and the Upper Thracian Plain, 3C to 5C in the higher plains, 8C to 10C along the Black Sea coast and the Struma River valley, -5C to -3C in the mountains.

Monthly precipitation will range between 40 and 70 liters per square metre in most of the country, and between 60 and 90 liters per square metre in the southern regions and the mountains.

In the first days of November, it will be mostly sunny and warm. Cold northeasterly wind will start entering the country on. November 3, with temperatures dropping quickly and noticeably. Clouds will thicken, occasional isolated rain showers are expected. On November 7, rain will most likely turn to snow in isolated areas of the Fore-Balkan, the northeasters parts of the country and the higher plains. Around November 10, the temperatures will briefly rise. 

November 11-20 will be dry and windless, mostly sunny. 

The last ten days of November will be mostly windless, with no precipitation and temperatures that are slightly above the mean monthly temperatures.
