GERB-UDF MP candidate in Smolyan Krasimir Sabev said here on Tuesday: " For the seventh time we stand before you to ask for your trust. Personally, I feel very uncomfortable with this fact, but you all saw in recent years how everything got blocked after the series of unfit governments, first of There Is Such a People, then of Continue the Change." He pointed out that the biggest damage to the State is the missed European funds in that period.

"BGN 15 billion over a 7-year period are for us. Five years have passed and only 5% of them have been used", Sabev underscored.

He also showed his concern for the looming low voter turnout and the risk of small parties entering Parliament. "That's why I appeal to go out and vote en masse. Talk to relatives, loved ones, friends and explain to them that it makes sense to vote", he urged.

Sabev also noted that the party's goal is to have two MPs from Smolyan Region and a total of 80 MPs in the next National Assembly, so that they can move towards a government coalition with one more party.
