State and municipal administrations should be depoliticized immediately, Blue Bulgaria top-of-the-list candidate in Haskovo Tsveta Kirilova said in a statement on Tuesday. 

She emphasized that it is necessary to have a mandatory transparent competitive start for all appointments in the administrations. "It is not normal for salaries in the public sector to be higher than those in the private sector," Kirilova added.

In her view, the state administration should be purged of corrupt people, crooks and political criminals. "Lustration must definitely be carried out. Until communists, their children and grandchildren are ousted completely, political injustice will continue," Kirilova concluded.
