site.btaExhibition of Cats, Dogs to Promote Adoption of Strays in Ruse

An exhibition of stray cats and dogs rescued and treated by the German-Bulgarian Stray Animal Aid association will be presented at Ruse's Ecomuseum Museum from October 11 to 13, Dr Katerina Markova, who heads the association, said on Friday.  The exhibition aims to find a home to the abandoned animals.

The Museum's visitors will meet some of the cats from the German-Bulgarian association's charity calendar for 2025. The calendar puts an emphasis on the increased number of homeless animals.

There will also be a charity market mottoed "Home Is Where the Pet Is". 

"If someone from the visitors falls in love with a cat or dog, they can fill out an adoption application form and receive valuable information about the whole adoption process. All animals are neutered, dewormed, vaccinated and healthy," Dr Markova explained.
