Bulgarian President Rumen Radev handed a cabinet-forming mandate to Rosen Zhelyazkov in his capacity as prime minister-designate of GERB-UDF. Zhelyazkov was ready with a cabinet proposal and proceeded to read out the proposed structure and composition.
