February 23: Light southerly wind in Eastern Bulgaria. Almost no wind in the rest of the country. Lows: 0-5 C, around 2 C in Sofia. Scattered clouds, sunny in many areas. Cloudier over the southernmost parts, with rain showers in isolated areas in the afternoon. Moderate to strong south-southwesterly wind. Temperatures will keep going up. Highs: 14-19 C, around 16 C in Sofia. 

The Black Sea coast: Scattered clouds, mostly sunny. Cloudier over the southernmost areas where rain showers are expected. Moderate to strong south-southwesterly wind. Highs: 11-16 C. Sea water temperature: 7-8 C. 

The mountains: Scattered clouds. Light rain showers over isolated places in the southern parts in the afternoon. Moderate to strong west-southwesterly wind. Highs: around 8 C at 1,200 m, around 1 C at 2,000 m.
