Environment Minister Julian Popov and his counterparts from other European Union (EU) Member States are holding an informal meeting in Brussels on January 15-16 to discuss climate change, his Ministry reported Tuesday on its official website. Speaking on the first day of the forum on Monday, Popov stressed the importance of studying the impact of climate change on people and ecosystems.
