The Bulgarian Foreign Ministry cited Bulgaria's Embassy in Prague as reporting that so far there are no reports of any Bulgarian citizens harmed in a shooting at a Charles University building in the centre of the Czech capital.

The Bulgarian mission in Prague is in constant touch with the local authorities and keeps following the situation, the Ministry said further.

Earlier on Thursday, the Czech authorities said that a shooting at the building had left 11 people dead, including the shooter, and some 30 injured, of whom nine in serious condition.
