Parliament is expected to vote the constitutional amendments on third and final reading and the 2024 State Budged on second and final reading here on Wednesday, shows the draft programme of the National Assembly, published on its website.

The MPs adopted the constitutional amendments bill on second reading at an extraordinary session on Tuesday. Under the Constitution and according to the procedural rules for amending it, the bill of amendment should be discussed and adopted by three votes on different days. 

Parliament adopted Monday on first reading the State Budget’s framework for 2024. The last portions of the 2024 State Budget Bill were adopted by the National Assembly Budget and Finance Committee on Tuesday morning.
