Bulgaria will host the "Road Safety Days" initiative of Roadpol. The number of traffic casualties has been rising, peaking in 1994 when 1,390 people died. According to Interior Minister Ivan Demerdzhiev, who attended the launch of the initiative, this tendency is changing after 2010.
