More than 60 sites owned by the Bulgarian Tourist Union (BTU) have been stolen and privatized over the past 20 years. Under this scheme, over 300 sites have been stolen from the BTU and turned into private residences and hotels in 33 years, said Vasil Nikolov, a member of the BTU Management Board, at the BTA National Press Club on Wednesday.
