Prime Minister Galab Donev said that there is one advantage of starting a second tenure: the government is aware of what lies ahead and is prepared for what he called "the Political Survivor". "Until yesterday we were the 100th government of Bulgaria and today we are the 101st. There is only one reason for that: the 48th National Assembly failed to form a government backed by a stable parliamentary majority," he said during a meeting with President held to announce the government priorities.
On Thursday, the President issued a decree to appoint the Galab Donev government for a second tenure, with only one new name in the line-up: renowned conductor Nayden Todorov as Culture Minister.
