site.btaCabinet Amends Decree on Free, Reduced-Price Rail Travel

The Government adopted amendments to Decree No. 295 of the Council of Ministers of 2001 on determining the passengers entitled to free and reduced-price rail travel and the amount of the reduction.

The amendments aim to ensure equal opportunities for adult citizens of EU Member States, members of the EEA, or Switzerland, who prefer to live in Bulgaria. Thus, a right to a 50% reduction of the fixed passenger fare for rail travel is regulated.
