site.btaHeavy Traffic Reported at Border Crossings with Turkiye and Serbia

Traffic is heavy at the Kapitan Andreevo and Lesovo border checkpoints with Turkiye, and at the Kalotina checkpoint with Serbia, for both passenger and freight vehicles, the Border Police reported on their website Sunday.

Traffic at all border crossings with Romania remains normal. Due to ongoing repairs on the Bulgarian section of the Danube Bridge near Ruse, traffic is temporarily reduced to a single lane, with passage controlled by personnel from the contractor company.

Border crossings with North Macedonia and Greece are also operating normally. Authorities reminded drivers that construction is underway on the Greek side along the Rudozem–Xanthi route, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
