Bulgarian speech was heard in the Romanian Parliament on Tuesday. Addressing the legislature, Chamber of Deputies Member Gheorghe Nacov, who is the voice of the Bulgarian minority in Romania, greeted his fellow lawmakers and the Bulgarian Ambassador to Romania Radko Vlaykov on the occasion of May 24.
