September 20 (BTA) - At its plenary sitting on Thursday,
Bulgaria's Parliament resolved on Cabinet changes on a motion by
 Prime Minister Boyko Borissov.

Rossen Zhelyazkov was elected Minister of Transport, Information
Technology and Communications in the place of Ivaylo Moskovski.
The vote was 213 in favour and 88 against.

Petya Avramova replaced Nikolai Nankov as Minister of Regional
Development and Public Works on a vote of 205 in favour.
Nankov's dismissal was approved by 125 MPs, while 90 (BSP for
Bulgaria and MRF) voted against.

The legislature accepted Valentin Radev's resignation as
Minister of Interior by a majority of 207 to 9. In another vote,
207-90, Radev was replaced by Mladen Marinov.

The three new Cabinet members were sworn after their election.

Moskovski, Nankov and Radev resigned on August 31 in the wake of
a bus crash near Svoge (Northwestern Bulgaria) on August 25, in
which 17 people were killed and another 20 were injured.
