Sofia, October 14 (BTA) - Bulgaria placed first in the League C,
 Group 3 standings of the UEFA Nations League after defeating
Cyprus, 2-1 (0-1), at Sofia's Vassil Levski National Stadium
late Saturday night before a crowd of nearly 10,000. Scorers:
Grigoris Kastanos (41st min) for Cyprus, Kiril Despodov (59th
min) and Todor Nedelev (68th min) for Bulgaria.

Next, Bulgaria are to play against Norway on October 16, against
 Cyprus on November 16, and against Slovenia on November 19.
