Region Stability" - President Radev

Sofia, October 25 (BTA) - Bulgarian President Roumen Radev received Slovenian Foreign Minister Miroslav Cerar Jr here on Thursday, said Radev's Press Secretariat.

The two discussed the development of two-way trade and the relations between Bulgaria and Slovenia in politics, investments, economy, culture and tourism.

The future of the EU and of the Western Balkan countries and EU migration policies were also on the agenda.

"While the direct Sofia-Ljubljana airline that opened earlier this year will boost tourism, it is also crucial for the advancement of our economic relations and the direct contacts between citizens," said Radev.

"Bulgaria is one of few countries where so much history, culture, and archaeological finds can be experienced," said Cerar. LY/TH
