Bulgarian volleyball player Simeon Nikolov, who plays for the University of California, Long Beach, ranked first in the individual serving ranking of the US college championship (NCAA), said the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation.

Nikolov served a total of 22 aces (1.048 average per game), and in his last match for Long Beach he scored an impressive 23 points (8 aces, 7 blocks). The top 5 of the ranking also includes the Bulgarian national player Kristiyan Titriyski, who plays for the University of Hawaii, at number four, with 15 aces (0.833 average per game).
