site.btaCouncil for Electronic Media to Hear First Four Candidates for Bulgarian National Radio Director General on Tuesday

First four candidates for election to the post of Director General of the Bulgarian National Radio (BNR) will be heard by the Council for Electronic Media (CEM) on Tuesday. 

Candidates will be heard in the order they submitted their applications. On October 15, the four candidates that will be heard are Milen Mitev (current BNR Director General), Tsvetoslava Georgieva, Hellia Chavdarova, and Margarit Rusev. The other three - Iva Doychinova - Dimitrova, Valeriy Todorov and Georgi Daskalov will be heard on October 16.

Each candidate will have 15 minutes to present his/her concept. Then, a question-answer time will follow. The hearings will continue for a total of 1 hour and 25 minutes each.

According to CEM, all seven applicants meet the requirements for the position.
