Days of Korean Culture will be held in Burgas on September 3 and 4, said the organizers on Tuesday.

The programme of the culture days will begin with a public discussion on the subject of education in the Republic of Korea and an explanation of what the Global Korea Scholarship is, which provides students from all over the world with the opportunity to study in Korean higher education institutions. A meeting with Tsvetelina Borisova and a presentation of her book The Korean Miracle Hallyu: How South Korea Became So Popular will also take place in the Burgas Regional Library.

On the second day, visitors can participate in gift games, a taekwondo lesson and a Korean quiz, as well as take a photo in hanbok, play tuho, and purchase themed T-shirts, fans and bags. One of the most attractive part of the programme will be the demonstration of K-Pop dances by local dance groups.

The Days of Korean Culture in Burgas is organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Bulgaria, together with the Burgas Regional Library and the Sea Casino Culture Centre.
