Argentinian tennis player Juan Bautista Torres on Saturday won the title at IZIDA Cup - a Challenger tournament held in Dobrich, Northeast Bulgaria. In the final the world No. 329 staged a 5-7 6-0 7-5 comeback against world No. 332 Ivan Gakhov.

Petr Nesterov performed best out of the Bulgarian participants, reaching the quarterfinals.

The doubles tournament was won by Alexander Merino (Peru) and Christoph Negritu (Germany) as they won 6-4 6-2 against Vlad Victor Cornea (Romania) and Ergi Kirkin (Turkiye) in the match for the title. Merino and Negritu defeated Bulgarian Anthony Genov and his Ukrainian teammate Vladyslav Orlov in the semifinals, while Alexander Donski and his Brasillian partner Luis Britto lost to Kirkin and Cornea at the same stage.
