Bulgarian Elitsa Krumova Presented Best Tech Influencer 2024 Award at Global Women Leadership Awards 2024 in Dubai

At the Global Women Leadership Awards 2024 in Dubai, Elitsa Krumova received the Best Tech Influencer 2024 award. Krumova told BTA that she accepted the award as recognition for her efforts in her field.

Krumova was appointed a senator to represent Bulgaria in the World Business Angel Investment Forum (WBAF), part of the G20. As of April 20, 2024, Krumova represents Bulgaria at the Forum's Grand Assembly. Bulgaria's inclusion in WBAF provides a wide range of opportunities for start-up, growing and fast-growing companies in Bulgaria and opens doors for economic development, Krumova told BTA.

Elitsa Krumova is a Thought Leader and B2B Tech Influencer with significant contributions in technology and marketing. She is the first and only Bulgarian woman to appear in international rankings for Thought Leaders, B2B influencers and technology influencers. She has won awards for best services in B2B influencer marketing for 2024, best entrepreneur in thought leadership, among others.

On her activity as a technological influencer, Krumova commented that she is focused on the global development of technologies, through guidelines in cooperation with world organizations in this field, associations, governments.

Krumova explained that she provides guidance and opinions on the development of emerging new technologies and specific products. She works with large corporations mainly in North America and Europe, and added that after her appointment as a senator representing Bulgaria in the WBAF, she will be working together with Bulgarian small and medium-sized enterprises which is another type of activity.

The conference in Dubai was attended by women leaders from 17 countries, including United Arab Emirates (UAE), USA, Canada, Malta, Great Britain, Belgium, Australia, Italy, Spain, India, Pakistan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Finland, Qatar, South Africa and Bulgaria.

The event was a platform of sorts for industry leaders to explore business growth avenues for women entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Krumova stressed that women's access to various leadership positions can lead to higher productivity, stronger strategic collaboration, better organizational commitment and greater equity.
