Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) MP Yordan Tsonev said on Friday that the caretaker cabinet can count on the MRF's support.
Earlier on Friday, caretaker Prime Minister-designate Dimitar Glavchev proposed his government lineup. Tsonev expressed respect for Glavchev's choice.
Tsonev said that the cabinet has a focus on the two main goals for the State - full Schengen accession and entering the Eurozone.
"As a party that has always defended institutionality, statehood, the Constitution and laws, we adhere to the adopted amendments to Article 99," Tsonev pointed out. Article 99, paragraph 5 of the Constitution states that the President, after consulting the parliamentary groups and on the proposal of the candidate for caretaker Prime Minister, appoints a caretaker government and schedules new elections within two months.
