site.btaSupreme Judicial Council's Judges Chamber Elects Boyan Magdalinchev as Its Representative

The Judges Chamber of Bulgaria's Supreme Judicial Council (SJC), performing the functions of the SJC, elected Boyan Magdalinchev as its representative. 

This procedure followed changes in the Constitution. Previously, Magdalinchev was a representative of the SJC under the former legislation as well.

On Wednesday, the Prosecutors' Chamber unanimously chose Stefan Petrov as its representative.

This procedure was conducted separately in the two chambers, as they are now independent legal entities and primary managers of budget funds.
