The head of Executive Agency for Bulgarians Abroad (EABA), Rayna Mandzhukova, visited Bulgarians in Ukraine, shared the Agency on its official website.

Rayna Mandzhukova's visit started at the Center for Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports at the Bolhrad District Council, where Bessarabian Bulgarians organized the traditional vine-cutting ritual in connection with the vine growers holiday, St. Tryphon Zarezan. The ceremony was presented specially for the guests from the EABA.

On the same day, the actual vine-cutting took place in all Bulgarian villages in the region.

Common plans for development of culture in Bolhrad region, as well as how the Agency can be useful for Bulgarians abroad and Bulgaria in general were discussed during the meeting, added Agency.
