site.btaHeavy Truck Traffic Reported at Romanian, Turkish Border

There is heavy truck traffic at some of the checkpoints on Bulgaria's border with Romania and Turkiye, the Border Police said early Wednesday morning.

At the border with Romania, outbound traffic is heavy for trucks at the Kardam checkpoint. Traffic on Danube Bridge at Ruse is carried out in one lane only due to repairs.

At the border with the Republic of Turkiye, traffic is heavy for outbound trucks at the Kapitan Andreevo checkpoint.

Traffic at the border with Greece is normal at all border crossing points. Only cars and vans can pass through the Makaza, Zlatograd and Ivaylovgrad border crossings.

Traffic is also normal at the border with the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of North Macedonia.
