President Rumen Radev will honour Egypt's Ambassador to Bulgaria Khaled Ibrahim Emara with the Order of the Madara Horseman, First Class, the Head of State's press secretariat said.
The diplomat will receive the highest state award for merits in the development of bilateral relations between Bulgaria and Egypt. The awarding ceremony will start at 10 a.m.
