Cloudy with rainfall along the Black sea coast. Light to moderate southwesterly wind. Highs: 21-24C. sea water temperature: 18-21C. 

Cloudy and rainy in the mountains. Rain will subside and clouds will dissipate in Western Bulgaria in the afternoon. Moderate to strong west-southwesterly wind. Highs: 17 C at 1,200 m above sea level, 9C at 2,000 m.
