The hiking conditions in the mountains on Tuesday are good, the Mountain Rescue Service (MRS) reported for BTA. The weather is clear and calm, and the wind has died down.

The facilities at the resorts are not working. During the last 24 hours, there were no incidents with tourists.

The MRS warns that despite the sunny weather, adequate preparation is needed for walks in the mountains and notes that the days are shorter.

In the mountains it will be mostly sunny with scattered high clouds, with a moderate west-southwesterly wind, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology reported. Highs at 1,200 m will be about 18C, 11C at 2,000 meters.
