site.bta827 New COVID-19 Cases Reported in Bulgaria

Sofia, January 27 (BTA) - The healthcare authorities reported
827 new COVID-19 cases across this country after 15,656 tests
done on Tuesday, shows data posted on http://coronavirus.bg on
Wednesday morning. The test positivity stands at 5.28 per cent.

The total number of confirmed cases in Bulgaria since the start
of the pandemic last March stands at 216,416, the data show. A
total of 827 people are reported as having recovered in 24
hours, bringing the total number of recoveries to 180,995. The
reported daily COVID-19 deaths are 36, bringing the total to
8,916.

A total of 29,122 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19
so far, including 2,324 on Tuesday. NV/MY
